Our Mission
Transforming plastic waste into high-quality 3D printing filament
We're on a mission
BottlePrint aims to reduce plastic waste and make 3D printing more sustainable by transforming discarded plastic bottles into high-quality printing filament - all while educating the next generation of innovators.
The Problem We're Solving
Every minute, approximately 1 million plastic bottles are purchased around the world, with the vast majority ending up in landfills or oceans despite recycling efforts. At the same time, the 3D printing industry continues to grow, consuming large amounts of plastic filament typically made from virgin petroleum-based materials.
We see an opportunity to connect these two challenges: transforming plastic waste into a valuable resource for creative manufacturing.
Environmental Impact
By recycling plastic bottles into 3D printing filament, we're keeping plastic out of landfills and oceans while reducing the need for new plastic production.
